SHIPPING POLICY
All items are shipped from Hamilton, New Zealand

We have a flat rate of $9.00 delivery fee to anywhere in New Zealand, or free for orders over $120. Shipping usually takes 3-5 days following dispatch. Please remember this is in addition to the make time which can be found in the header on the home page.
Lost, Damaged and Stolen Items:
Hello Gorgeous is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages once they are shipped. Please contact the shipping company directly to open an enquiry if your parcel has not arrived.

All products are handmade to order as part of our sustainability ethos. As such there is a No Return policy.
Please check all size and fabric selections in the item descriptions before purchasing. If you have further questions regarding sizes or customisations etc. then please don't hesitate to make contact.

Returns will be considered if there is an error on my part. If there are any concerns about the product you have received, then please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order.
